Newsletters & Updates
17/7/25
Dear Parents and Carers,
In this very last newsletter of the academic year, I would like to thank our families for your support over the year and wish you all an enjoyable summer holiday.
There have been many highlights over the year, including: our first Year 6 sleepover at school; trips arranged by the Friends and Parents of Park Hill; our first sports day for the younger children with parents invited, and a fantastic Ofsted report.
We say farewell to our lovely Year 6 pupils who have impressed us with their achievements, fabulous attitudes and creative talents. Thank you for your hard work and best of luck with your future endeavors.
For all of our pupils returning in September, we hope that you have lots of fun and enjoy the sunshine over the summer break. We look forward to seeing you return next term to your new classes. Letters were emailed yesterday to explain where the new classes will be as there will be some moving around next year. Please take time to read them to know where to pick up and drop off your child(ren).
Yr 6 SATs results
Once again, our children did amazingly well in the end of Key Stage 2 tests. The results are in-line or better than the national results. Well done, Year 6!

Attendance:
As you know, the school was inspected during the autumn term and one of the recommendations in the report related to the attendance of our pupils:
‘Some pupils do not attend regularly. As a result, they miss important learning. The school should continue to ensure that clear strategies are in place to help pupils and their families so that attendance improves, and pupils do not miss out on important learning.
